1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@innertatva.com or innertatvaofficial@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos/videos as proof.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or opened products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Perishable items.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are possible only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.
