• We ship all over India, covering metro cities, towns, and rural areas.
• International shipping is currently not available.

2. Delivery Time

• All orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
• We may offer free shipping for special promotions or orders above a set amount.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen events.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• For lost packages, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
